Do we need 2 years experiences to apply for visa Z in beijing for a Postdoctoral Job?

I get my phd in china since may and i have a posdoct in BJ but they are saying something like i need to have 2 years experiences !!

Yes, the proof for two years' work experience in a foreign country after you get the Bachelor's degree is needed for Z visa application.
