About:Transfer in T3 of Beijing Capital Airport

Can we check luggage for air china from SEL - PEK - DUS directly?

Do we have to check the luggage for international Transfers in BJ. Or is it possible to check in luggage in Seoul directly to Dusseldorf. All flights are Air China. Return for Dusseldorf to Seoul via BJ are the same?
There are any transit problem in BJ? Visa is needed? SEL - DUS have 2h40min in BJ. DUS - ICN have 1h14min. Thank you in advance for reply.

Firstly, I'd like to tell u that no visa is needed for your transit for both trips. As you use Air China for the whole trip, your transit time is sufficient. So there is little trouble in the airport.

For the luggage issue, I remember Air China has the luggage check-though service, with which you can just pick up your baggage in the final destination, no need claim in BJ. I suggest you consult your airline in advance.
