Wiil there be english speaking personnel to assist me with my transfer in Shanghai Pudong airport

Transfer from international arrivals to domestc departures

Yes, they will. You can just turn to the staff for help if you need. Besides, the signages in the airport are very clear and they are all marked with Chinese and English. Things won't be that hard. Don't worry!
