Egyptian working in Qatar, is it possible to visit China & Hong Kong with one entry Chinese visa?

I'm an Egyptian, working in Qatar, I've got a Chinese one entry tourist type, for a holiday package in China, Is it possible to visit Hong Kong first and then visit China.
