About:China Visa Renewal and Extension

Can set up Company in China on X2 visa and convert in other type

Hi

I am Pakistani national and staying in Shanghai on Student(X2). I want to set up company in China and i have talked with many company formation agents, but every agencies is giving different information some agencies said i cannot open and some said i can open company and convert my X into Z.

Kindly guide me is it possible to set up company and get Z without going to home country.

Hi, as I know, you may need to get business type if you want to set up a company. Some agencies can change types when you are in China, but the service fee is very expensive.
