About:China Visa Application in USA

Can someone from UK appply for a Chinese visa while visiting in the US?

A friend who resides in the UK is in the US for 3 weeks. Can he apply for a 12-month tourist (L) at the Chinese consulate in New York City while he is in the US?

Hi, as I know, he can provide proof of legal stay such as a valid US visa for application there.
