About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Arriving on cruise ship in morning. Going straight to Pu Dong to fly out at 3:45 p m same day. Do I need stay permit?

Yes, you still need to apply for a stay permit for this transit when you arrive at the port by cruise.
