hello, we would like to book some train tickets for a tripwe have some question:

The trip we'we planned is from the 5th of Agoust to the 20th of Agoust - which is the best way to collect the tickets? Is it safe if you bring them to our hotel? There is the risk that the ticket get lost? - we have to book 5 tickets per person, can we take all of them in the same hotel/place or we will take them in the different hotel of our trip?- in the case we choose to collect the tickets at the railway station, can we take all of them together? It is easy to do or there is a long queque? There are windows for foreigners in station as Shanghai or Beijing?-we will book the tickets as soon as possible when we'll recive your answer...  Do you think we are on time or we could find some overbooking problem  (Our trip are: shanghai-hangzou; huangshan-shanghai; Shanghai-Beijing; beijin-Guilin. G or D category except for the trip huangshan-shanghai); ??- is it easy to have two seats side by side to having the trip together?Thanks for all your answers Kind regards,FN

As it is summer holiday and railway stations are always crowded. So you need to get to the station at least 2 - 3 hours in advance. - there is no problem of overbooking. As tickets are put on sale 20 days in advance, we suggest that you book as soon as possible. - It is easy to have two seats side by side.
