About:How to Take

I am coming from Singapore and have the E ticket . How to convert to paper ticket an how long it takes ?

I will arrive by flight to Pudong and then Metro to Honqjiao . How do I change my my confirmation slip to paper ticket and how long it takes ?

You need to go to the ticket windows at Hongqiao Railway Station to get the paper ticket by presenting your passport and the confirmation slip. The time depends on how many people are waiting in front of you. It can be fast, but will take long if there are many people waiting in lines.
