What is the best place to by man clothes good quality at Shanghai

My place is near to Hengsheng Peninsula Service Apartment Room 2401 No.258 Wuchang road, Hongkou

It is suggested to take a taxi to Qipu Road Market, a large clothes market in SH. It is around 1km from your hotel.
