About:China Family Reunion Visa

Whether Q2 visas are issued to family of sister of a foreigner living in China with Permanent resident permit (her husband & child)?

Yes, the Q type can be issued to this kind of situation.

If the invitor is permanent resident, then it is possible for them to apply for Q type.
