About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit FAQ
thin 72 hours to go on cruise which end's in Singapore. can I get visa when I land in Shanghai

You cannot get that when you land in Shanghai. If you stay in Shanghai more than 24 hours, you need to apply for a transit one before you go.0
