About:Embassy & Consulates of Thailand in China

Do you know if is it possible to get another in Thailand?

I'm Italian.
I've a L tourist visa and I'm in SHA now. I've planned a trip in Thailand but I don't have entry to go back Shanghai.

Yes, it is possible to get that in Thailand. But as I know, when applying in Thailand, you need to provide your legal staying permit/visa.
