I purchased tickets for myself, wife an Soon to visit Beijing China on 7-(18-20), 2014. Do not have visa. I am living in Seoul for six weeks. Can I visit consulate here in Seoul and apply for visa and have it by July 25, 2014?

You can apply for a tourism visa in Seoul from China consulate and you need show a lega stay proof there. The process time is four days to get ur visa. If pressed for time, you can try to apply for an urgent visa paying extra fee. Then you shall get in in two days.
