About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

I'm flying from Macao to Shanghai (SHA) airport but departing from Shanghai (PVG) → Tokyo (NRT). 72 hr Visa?

Do I still qualify for Transit type even if arrive and depart same city but different airports? Stay is less than 72 hrs.
