About:Chinese Embassy in Turkey

Visa require when I am traveling in Turkey

Dear whom may concerned,

I am a non turkish citizen, but traveling in Turkey at the meantime, can i apply the student type of China, btw, I don't have any of it or permit, bcoz the examption of my nationality.
certainly, I already received the jw202 and university offer from a university in Shanghai. If I can apply, please send me the details of the application.

Yes, you can do that in Turkey with your Form JW202 and the offer. Besides, you need to take your passport, the application form with recent taken photo to go to the embassy to apply on your own.

Yes, you can do that in consulate general in Istanbul.
