About:China Visa Application in UK

Do I require double entry visa?

We are on a cruise in April 2015 for 19 days. Flying to Beijing for 5 days. Then sailing to S. Korea, Japan. Then back to Shanghai. Taiwan and finishing in Hong Kong for 2 nights before flying back to UK.
