Hey, you cannot miss the Tiananmen Square & Forbidden City, Temple of Heaven, Summer Palace, Great Wall and Ming Tombs (Sacred Road) as well as Wangfujing pedestrian.
Local subway line 1 can take you to Tianamen East or Tiananmen West station. Then you can easily walk to the square and Forbidden City. With the same line, you can also get to Wangfujing. Take local subway line 5 to get off at Tiantan Dongmen and you can easily walk to Temple of Heaven. Summer Palace can be reached by line 4 and you need get off at Beigongmen.
Badaling Great Wall is most popular. To get there, you can take a train at North Train Station near Xizhimen metro station. Or catch bus no. 919, 880 or 877 at Deshengmen near Jishuitan metro station to reach. After visiting that, take bus no. 879 to Ming Tombs.
