buying train tickets near lunar chinese new year

we  are  planning to travel by train(High speed) from Beijing to Jinhwa, Jeijing Province(with transfer in Shanghai?) on Thursday, Feb 5, 2015about  14 days before Chinese New yearwe need three tickets, 2 of us  are in the U.S and my cousin will also travel with us(she resides China)Would  you be able to buy 3 tickets for us with 2 of the passengers from U.S and another one from mainland China?thank you in advanceGeorge Chaogeorgeychao@gmail.com
