Visa requirements for French citizen in Russia

Hello,

Actually I asked a question yesterday evening and got confirmation that somebody answered, I just can't find the answer.

I come from France, but I'm living and working for 2 years in Moscow.
This summer I will go to Beijing by train, I would like to know how to apply for the russian visa.

Do I need to fill application form V.2013 or V.2011b?
Should I fill this documents in Russian or English?
What documents do I need in addition to passeport, resident permit, flight and train tickets, photo?
Do I need an insurance? A certification of working unit? An invitation?

I would be very grateful for the help you can provide me.

Thanks in advance!

The application form (V2013 is enough). If you have travel itinerary or an invitation letter from China, it will be helpful. Anyway, this is not a must, Insurance is not required. You can fill the form in English.
