About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

I'm from Thailand, question?

I'm planning to fly from Bangkok to Shanghai Pudong, and will be staying there for 3 days. Then I'll fly from Hongqiao to Yiwu. In this case, which one is required, single or double visa?

A single entry is enough, because the visit from Shanghai to Yiwu is domestic trip.
