About:Chinese Temporary Residence Permit

my residency permit will end at 15/10/2014, i will arrive to china next week , can i submit my papers for residency permit renewal starting next week ?

or i will have to be back in october in order to renew it

Hi, the renewal of residence permit should be done one month before it expires. So, it is too early to renew it now.
