The nearby Taobao City in Nanjing Road is a fine choice, you can walk there. You can also buy clothes at Shanghai Qipu Road Market. Take the subway line 10 at East Nanjing Road and get off at Tiantong Road. Get out from the Exit 1 and walk to the destination.
