We are going to Macau and staying in Zhuhai, can we avail the 3 day VOA and only going to pay once?

Good evening,
We are holding a Philippine passport and going to Macau on September but our hotel booking is in Zhuhai. When we enter Zhuhai, can we get the VOA there? and is it true that it is valid for 3 days or we have to pay every time we enter Zhuhai with in the same day? Thank you.
