About:Marriage Registration in China

Having a foreign Marriage license validated in China.

I'm a Canadian and my wife is Chinese. We were married at the Canadian Embassy in South Korea and registered in South Korea. However, we did not get it validated at the Chinese Embassy in South Korea. Now we live in China and our Marriage License is not recognized for official purposes.

How can we get it validated in China without having to go back to South Korea to the Chinese Embassy?

I am afraid not. Because you have to get your marriage certificate legalized by Chinese embassy in South Korea then it will be recognized in China.
