Picking up ticket at Beijing airport

After purchasing ticket from you, is it possible to pick up the tickets on arrival at Beijing Capital Airport as I have read that there is a railway ticket counter open since 2012.

yes, there is a railway ticket counter at the airport, but you can not pick up your ticket there.
You have to collect your ticket at a railway station in Beijing by presenting your original passport, which is according to the identity verification policy of 2014.

I am staying at the Legendale Hotel in Beijing, is there a ticket office nearby for collection?

you can not collect the ticket at a ticket office, but you have to pick up your ticket at a railway station. As your hotel is close to Beijing railway station, you can get your ticket there.
