Pudong International Airport to Train Station

Hi, I will be taking the train from Shanghai to Huangshan (yellow mountain) City. How do I go from Pudong International Airport to the train station? There are 2 stations in that city. Do I go to the train station or the South train station? Thank you very much for your help.
