Jane, you may take Shantou East Line or Shantou West Line airport shuttle bus to reach Chaoshan Airport. There you can fly to Changsha. This is the fastest way. The East line airport shuttle bus departs from Shantou Central Bus Station (汕头客运中心站) and the west line departs from Huaqiao Mansion (华侨大厦).0
