from lijiang to xishuangbanna

Hi, I want to go from LJ to XSB. Is there a bus or train? I need a cheaper option than a flight. And then from XSB can I go to Kunming? Also, are there buses/trains from Dali to XSB?

From LJ, there is only one bus to your destination at 07:30 from LJ Bus Station. The bus journey costs around 17 hours. The bus fare is around 337RMB per person. From Jinghong, XSB, there is one direct bus to Kunming, but I am not very clear about the exact time and price. You may need to go to the Jinghong Bus Station for consulting. The buses from Xiaguan Bus Station, Dali to XSB are at around 19:30 and 20:30. The buses takes aroun 16 to 18 hours.
