Please recommend Prepaid Data SIM card for internet; phone calls not required. We need to get 2 cards.

Can these be purchased at Shenzhen International Airport upon arrival?

Yes, you can buy that at the 711 conveneint store in the airport!

Thanks, Cissy. Cos I read that there's a new regulation in place now where only nationals are allowed to purchase such prepaid cards.
