amount of cny required for 2 weeks stay

Question

Hi, I am planning to stay in Guangzhou and area for 2 weeks. I have paid for accommodation already, but I would like to know how much should I count per day for transport, food (I eat 4 times a day), tourist attractions. I was also planning to take a trip to Shanghai, Sanya and Tianmen Mountain (2 days each). I do not plan spending a lot of money for souvenirs, maybe some tea and that's it. Is 5000 CNY enough to cover expenses for that? Thanks in advance for your advice.

Hello huntguy....if u planning to stay in china for about 2 weeks and u want to bring CNY5000, honestly it wont be enough to cover all of your expenses that u mention.
