Shangrila to Tiger Leaping Gorge

Is there any sort of transportation that goes between these two places? If so would would the times for boarding and prices be. Thanks.

At local bus station, you can take a bus to Hutiaoxia town (Tiger Leaping Gorge). Then rent a car to the scenic area. Sorry that I am not clear about the schedule and cost!
