I m planning to Tianjin in this Dec. Like to check if it is too cold for 14th months old baby there?

When are you going to the city, early Dec. or late Dec.? If during early days of the month, it won't be very cold and temperature range shall be 0℃ to 8℃ or a little lower. Just prepare winter clothes for both of you! Well, if you go there later, the lowest temperature would fall to around -7℃ and the highest one is only 3℃. Sometimes, it may snow. This would be a challenge for your baby, so avoid going there in late Dec.
