Invitation Letter from Hong Kong

Hi. I am a US citizen. I intend to visit my friend in Hong Kong (she is a Chinese citizen), then together we will go to Beijing and Shanghai. Is it OK if she writes my invitation letter for an L Visa, even though she currently lives in Hong Kong, and not in Mainland China?

Hi, it is ok, but in the invitation letter, she needs to provide her full China address and China phone number.
