Hello, I want to go to 海洋岛 or 黑岛, but I don't know how to buy a ticket. Can I buy it online, and if yes, then where?

For the first island, it is free to visit, but you need to take a bus from Dalian Dock and there is only one ferry to that island.
For the second island, the entrance fee is around 40RMB per person and you just need to buy at at the entrance.
