Hi, Jamal.
For the fast trains, do you mean the K-trains or bullet trains? Actually, you can find both of the two kinds of trains between the two cities. If you mean the K-trains, you need to take from the local South Railway Station and you need to go to the Hongqiao Railway Station if you mean the bullet trains.
Personally, taking bullet trains is suggested.0
