Police gave him 5000yuan fine which company pay, and 5 days in Detention and then cancel work Z, and give him 10 day exit one. Police said he has no criminal record, and could come back to china... There was no deportation and he left within the 10 days.He has applied another school, and the company has his Employment License (SAFEA) and Z work Invitation Letter.... Despite the above, he has been issued with these two documents from the relevant government authorities. If these 2 document are true, there will be issues with officers issuing the Z? The teacher worked in another company, but the work Z was not for that company. And the company he worked in (another company) couldn't hire foreigners. Illegal working on Z.

yes,in china very strict now,if you make your working permit and residence permit via another company,you can not using it for work in another company

My friend didn't know the agency did that. He's been told he can come back. No deportation or questioning at the airport.
