About:Visa Policy of China

visa requirement for wife.INDIA-CHINA

i am from Mumbai - INDIA .my company sending me to China for business trip (3 month ) . I want to take my wife with me . what will be VISA requirement for her.

Your wife may apply a L type to accompany you to go to China. However, I am afraid that she may not get a three-month long L type. If she gets a 30-day L type, she can manage to extend it for another 30 days. Then she needs to exit China and reapply for a new one.

In order to apply for a L type, she needs her passport, application form, a recent passport photo, round-trip air ticket and hotel reservation in China. If you send her an invitation letter, then she needn't provide air ticket and hotel reservation.

Hi RAY, Thanks for info. I read about S1 and S2. Should it is same as L?
1) S1 or S2 which will be require to take my wife with me.
Or only L will be require.?
2) What is difference between L and S Type?
