American in Argentina applying for Z visa in China

Hello, I am an American working as a teacher in Argentina. I want to apply for a Z type for China. However, I do not have my DNI yet, but I do have my Certificado de Residencia Precaria. Will I still be able to apply using the Precaria instead of a DNI?

Yes, you can apply there with your Certificado de Residencia Precaria. Please remember to provide a copy of it when you submit other required documents.
