how to get to Xinhui city from Kaiping by public bus or train?

From Kaiping General Bus Station at No. 28, Xijiao Road, Changsha District, you can find frequent buses from 06:00 to 15:40 with interval around 15 minutes. So I think taking these trains are the best method.
