What is the best way to travel from Guangzhou Airport to Nanbei Garden Hotel, in Shijie, DongGuan?

Take the airport long-distance shuttle bus Wanjiang Line to its terminal at Huanan Mall. Then walk to the local Huanan Mall Bus Stop to take the local bus line L2 to Shijiezhen Zhengfu Stop (Shijie Town Government) and then take a taxi to your hotel directly.
