Where is a package lost?

Hy. I have ordered package from China to Slovenia on 10:44 Apr. 20 2014 and here is a result of package tracking... How can I obtain and find a package?

I tracked the order in the official website of China Post and there has no update since May 19. It is strange. It may have arrived in your country! I suggest you go to your local post office to try to find more details.

I did that already. No information about incoming package was accuired. Tha package never arrived into Slovenia.
