About:Urumqi Weather

I am going to Urumqi in July for 5 days on an official visit . Pl advise what kind of clothing one may need for outdooring.

A T-shirt and a pair of light trousers are ok! It will be hot in July, but for the official visit, no shorts are acceptable!
