Things to do with a group of 10 with an 11 hour stopover in Beiging airport?

We are a UK school trip returning from Mongolia and have an 11 hour stopover in Beijing Airport. If possible we would like to organise a trip into the city or take an inexpensive tour. Is this possible and easy to arrange
