buy tickets to guilin

Question

We travel from Guangzhou to Guilin on september 13 and we will not take the overnight train, we will buy tickets for number D7802 from Guangzhzou dep. time: 8:20  to Hengyang East arr. time: 11:30 , in Hengyang East we wait for G425 arr. time: 12:25  to Guilin.Questions:-Is it possible that the tickets are deposited in our hotel in Guangzhou? (we stay there from september10 to september 13) -Do you think the transfer time in Hengyang East  (55 minutes) is enough?Thank you in advance and regards

Thank you very much for your help.For our planning we need another information:When we return from our trip to Guangzhou , we need to buy tickets from Guangzhou (october 7) to Nanning and then next day from Nanning to Hanoi (Vietnam).Is it possible  to receive the boths tickets in our Hotel in Shanghai?, we stay there from september 24 to september 29Thanks and regardsJuan

Dear Juan, Only the tickets from Guangzhou to Nanning can be delivered to your hotel in Shanghai. The ticket from Nanning to Hanoi cannot, because this ticket can only be sent out 7 days before the departure date.
