About:China Customs Declaration

I have diabetic; can I bring apple, carrots, soy nuts

I have dietary restrictions and need to pack meals for 24 hours travel to Beijing. What can I bring through customs to China? And what can I bring from China to US?
Can I bring cheese, apples, carrots, soy nuts?

Frech apple and carrots are forbidden to take into Cina and the soy nuts should be well packed ones. As for the things taking out of China, I heard there is no restriction about apples and carrots, but you should make it clear whether your country allows u to take them in!
