I am planning to come to China to come and buy from the industria, wholesalers, manufactures and factory outlets, can i get an assistance from a tour guide

Which city do you want to go? There are some special business assistants, who are also tour guides, in some big cities like Guangzhou and Shenzhen. They may help you out.
