I'm afraid no direct rail service is avaiable for the trip, let alone a bullet one. For a good travel method, I suggest you take that at Hung Hom Railway Station, Hong Kong to Guangzhou East Station first. Then go to Baiyun Airport to catch a direct plane to your destination.
