Hi, you need a full Chinese visa, a double entry one to HK and one to Macao. For the first one, you need to apply through CVASC in Melbourne, for the last two, you have to submit your applications directly to Chinese consulate in Melbourne. Basic requirements are your passport, application form, photo. Besides, flight tickets and hotel reservation for above travel are required.
