Which month is the most favorite month for tourist to Taipei?

Hi,

Bringing parents & kids to Taiwan, would like to know which month is the best weather to go?

Hey, it is best to travel there during Oct. to Mar. in the next year, so you can choose one among them. Anyway, I took my three-year-old kid for a trip there in Nov. and it was fantastic.
